Opened in 1975 by John and June Carter, Carters began as a small, family-run furniture store with a simple mission to offer quality furniture and personal service you can rely on. Over the decades, we have grown in size and reputation, but those core values still guide us today.
Reaching 50 years in business hasn't happened by chance. It's taken the dedication of a passionate team, the support of our loyal customers, and the spirit of a family that has always believed in doing things the right way. We've adapted to new styles, embraced modern technology and kept pace with a changing world but we've never lost sight of what truly matters: treating every customer like part of the family.
