Are recliner chairs electric?
Not all recliner chairs are electric. Recliner chairs come in two different types, manual recliner and power recliner. Manual recliners feature a lever that you have to manually operate, whereas power recliners include electrics, meaning you can easily recline with just a touch of a button.
Are recliner chairs good for you?
There are many benefits to using a recliner chair. They can help to improve circulation around your body, as well as reducing joint pressure and supporting the spine to help alleviate back pain. However, single recliner sofas such as our armchairs aren’t meant as a replacement for regular activity, nor should they be used as a substitute for a bed.
